All our products are made to order to your individual requirements. We take time to make sure all our items reach you in perfect condition and meet your highest expectations. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please take the time to inspect your purchase carefully when you receive it.

If you find a fault or imperfection with your purchase, please contact us on the day you receive your item and tell us what the problem is. We will need you to return the item to us for repair or replacement. If the item is damaged through misuse, accidental damage, everyday wear and tear or by not following the care instructions properly, you may not be entitled to a refund. We will review each case individually and try to resolve any problems amicably.

If we sent you a ring sizer, we cannot accept responsibility for the inaccurate use of this item. The customer is responsible for providing accurate ring size details. Once the customer's finger size has been received by us this is binding. The customer may be charged for any subsequent changes of ring size. However, in the first instance please get in contact with us and discuss the sizing problem. We will do what we can to resolve the situation amicably.

Please return items to us neatly wrapped in the original packaging along with the order confirmation paperwork. Any items returned to us must be shipped registered post. Returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until we receive it. Once we have had time to review the situation we will notify you via e-mail of our intended course of action.
